- Everything Friendly staff, cleanliness of the room ,Location very close to center
- Love the location and the ambiance
Cons -
- Just the lift , a bit clusterphobic but other than that was great
- No information about requiring to check in before 3.30pm if you need to use the free cable car/water park ticket for the next day in booking regulations. They will book you on the 3rd day or after. If you are flying back on the 3rd day morning/noon, there is not enough time for you to enjoy the free cable car/waterpark ticket. We came to know about this when we arrived late due to our flight delayed.

We stayed in this department for 2 nights. When checking in before 15:30, they give free tickets for the cable car for the next day (the station is a 6-minute walk away, entrance by Face ID). The room has a daily change of bed linen and towels. Breakfast was included in the price of accommodation, the menu consisted of Vietnamese dishes, delicious, and they always gave a gift in the form of fruit. A modern hotel with an electronic combination lock on the front door of the hotel and an electronic lock on the room door that opens with a card. A night market and a Vietnam Select supermarket are a 15-20-minute walk away. Khem Beach is a 12-minute taxi ride (we used the local Xanh SM app). I recommend it.
The room was clean and comfy. Set breakfast was good. The staffs were very helpful.
